Cloze Activity

A Cloze Activity helps your comprehension because you have to find a word to fill the gap that makes sense in the sentence, the paragraph and the whole text.
It is generally best to read the sentence a couple of times and think what would makes sense in the gap. Sometimes you might have to read further on to help you make sense of the text. When you have a word to fill the gap, re-read the sentence with your word in place of the gap. If you think it makes sense, it could be right!
We will do the first one together and the second one you will do by yourselves.
